These terms apply when you use the FunZone app, operated by FunZone, which runs four venues in Lebanon: Antelias (Metn), Monteverde (Matn), Rayfoun (Keserwan) and Zahle (Bekaa). By using the app you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over and the parent or legal guardian of the children on your account. The app is for adults; children do not have accounts and cannot sign in. By adding a child you confirm you are entitled to give us their information.

Your account

Your mobile number identifies your household. One household should have one account, with each parent added as a member of it rather than creating a second account. Keep your number and your sign-in code to yourself — anyone who can receive your messages can reach your account, and everyone in a household can see that household's information.

Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. If you no longer use a mobile number, tell us, so that the next person to hold it cannot reach your account.

Cashback, tickets and rewards

• Cashback and tickets are a loyalty benefit. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to anyone else.
• They are earned on qualifying spending at our branches and recorded by our staff. Your balance in the app reflects what our system holds.
• They are redeemed at a branch, subject to the conditions of the reward.
• We may correct a balance that was recorded in error.
• We may change how the scheme works, including earning rates and rewards, and may end it. Where a change reduces what you have already earned, we will tell you first and give you a reasonable period to use your balance.
• Balances belong to a household account. If an account is deleted, any remaining balance is lost.

Bookings

Event places, birthday bookings and camp enrolments made through the app are requests until we confirm them, and are subject to availability and to the terms of that particular event. Cancellation and payment terms are those given at the time of booking.

Using the app properly

• Do not try to reach another family's account or information.
• Do not create multiple accounts for one household, or accounts using someone else's number.
• Do not attempt to earn cashback, tickets or referral rewards other than by genuine visits and spending.
• Do not interfere with the app or the systems behind it.

If an account is used in these ways we may suspend or close it, and cancel any balance obtained that way.

Availability

We try to keep the app working, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of faults. Features may change. We may suspend the app for maintenance. Your membership and the balance in our system do not depend on the app being reachable — staff can always look you up at a branch.

Notifications and messages

We send verification codes when you sign in, and messages about your account. You choose separately whether to receive promotional messages, and you can change that at any time in the app.

Closing your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time, from your profile. Deletion cannot be undone, and any remaining cashback or tickets are lost. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

Your information

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will say so in the app. The date at the top shows when they were last updated.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the competent courts of Lebanon have jurisdiction.
